Can't Delegate Tasks After Upgrading from Project2003 SP2a to SP3

Let me preface this by saying we had absolutly no issues with Project server
before upgrading to Project 2003 SP3. Now when a user tries to delegate a
task via Project Web Access the task is not assigned, the send and back
buttons are greyed out and 5 error messages are thrown in the application
event log. The error messages are posted below:

Did you find a solutons to this problem? I have the same error msg in the

Yes, I paid the 250 bucks to talk to Microsoft. It's a bug in the code and
they are working on a fix which should be in the next 60 days. The only
other option would be for you to restore your DB to a SP2a version and
reinstall project.........No one want's to do that.

Hi SJohnsonAerosi

I?m facing the same problem you had two years ago, please let me know whether you found any solution to this. I?ve detected that the MSP_WEB_SP_QRY_AddNewDelegAssns stored procedure is receiving a wrong parameter that overflows an integer value. The current Project Server installation was updated with SP3 a long time ago, since that time we haven?t been able to delegate tasks again.

Please any help will be really appreciated.
