when trying to delete an email from the Inbox of Outlook 2003, the followin
error message appears:
The Messaging interface has returned an unknown error. If the problem
persists, restart Outlook. OK
restarting does not fix the problem
running scanpst.exe does not fix the problem
not able to move or archive Inbox emails
but able to open and forward Inbox emails
