Can't delete item from Outbox

Hi all,

We have a user that tried sending an email with a huge attachment. The
message never left his outboxand it's still there. He wants to delete it
but he can't do anything with it. Any suggestions? We use Exchange 5.5
server if that helps.

If you are on a NT/XP Highlight the message press delete.
Then reboot. That usally does it. If not, stop the
exchange service, trash the message restart the services.
It will go away eventually.

Exchange SP4 installed? Do it if not.
