cant delete large e mail in my out box

Does anyone know how to delete an e mail in my out box - I tried deleting it
and moving it but that does not work

Select File, Work Offline, close outlook and reopen it and delete the stuck
message. Uncheck Work Offline.

I tried Mary's method. Nothing. Also, methods listed in help. Nothing
works. Pleasee, isn't there someone out there who can tell me how to delete a
message in outbox. It's driving me crazy.

If none of the normal methods work (yours is the only case I've seen where
they didn't), about all you can do is create a new .PST file, drag
everything from the current file to the new file EXCEPT the contents of the
Outbox, set this new .PST file as your default, then delete the old .PST
file.
