Can't delete mailto: hyperlink

My website, done in Front Page 2000, contains a form that
customers may use to place orders. When they hit the
submit button, it sends the order to me via e-mail.

I changed the e-mail address the order goes to. However,
when I go to view hyperlink in Front page, it still shows
the old mailto: hyperlink as well as the new one.

The problem is that I am unable to delete this e-mail
hyperlink in View hyperlinks. When select it, FrontPage
will not let me delete it. I even want to Reports, view
broken hyperlinks, but it is not there, perhaps because
it is an e-mail hyperlink.

Can you tell me how I may remove e-mail hyperlinks after
I change to mailto: e-mail address?

go to the normal view where you edit you pages, of the page that has this
link and double click this link to highlight it, or just select it manually.
then go to the HTML view and find the highlighted text in the html code and
change the email address to the one you want, and remove the old one too.
