Can't Delete Outlook Folder - No Name?!?!

F

I have a top-level folder that has no name. It appeared after I was
cleaning out some old PSTs and e-mail accounts. It does not show up
in the Outlook Data Files list. If I right-click on it, I can see
"Rename "<0w#25>"...", but the rename option is disabled. If I try to
open it I get the error "The set of folder could not be opened." Any
advice on how to delete this folder would be greatly appreciated!

Hi,

Did Brians tip "creating a new Outlook Profile" work?
If not try to start Outlook with the command line option "/ResetFolders"
