Can't Delete Programs

When I try delete the program that I didn't want , I get "can not find main class". Ithink I manuly deleted that program file. because the program I want to delete shows up in control panel, add and remove programs, but it shows no size or the date I last used it. any suggestions would be a big help. thanks
