can't download clipart

I have Windows ME and Word 2000 -- why can't i download
clipart from Microsoft's site. I used to be able to.

A couple of things to do:
Empty your cache, in IE, tools, Internet Options, delete files
Open the Gallery, right-click any image in the catalog, click recover. This will
compact the Gallery.
