Can't e-mail from EXCEL in OUTLOOK 2003...

I am using EXCEL 2000 (9.0.6926 SP-3) and recently updated to OUTLOOK 2003
(11.6359.6360) SP1 and cannot e-mail a worksheet (Send the current sheet as
the message body). I get a message saying "Excel could not start the e-mail
program. Check your network connection. Make sure Office is installed
correctly, your e-mail program is setup correctly, and you can connect to
your e-mail server." I can still e-mail from WORD 2000 and was able to e-mail
from EXCEL until I upgraded from OUTLOOK 2000 to the latest version OUTLOOK.

Thanks for the response but I'm already trying to use one of the workarounds
mentioned there (Open the workbook in Microsoft Office Excel 2003, and then
send it to the recipient as the body of the message.). The other two options
aren't acceptable. I just tried to e-mail a worksheet from my home computer
setup with the same programs and it works on the Dell here at home but like I
said, not on the same setup (EXCEL and OUTLOOK, same versions) on the Dell at
work.
