Can't edit preferences option on SharePoint Workspace 2010

Hello All,

Recently I download and install Share Point Workspace 2010 on Technet. After
install I try to change some setting on "preferences", the error show as
below

And then all the other button became unavailable as below show

Issue


The OS is windows 7 ultimate x86.

May I have the help from here?
