Can't Empty Delete Folder

i can not empty my delete folder. i have restarted my outlook several times
as well as re-intsall my microsoft outlook program. please help.

what happens when you try? Can you delete items from it if you select them,
hold shift and press Del?

Didn't work

Tell us as well what DOES happen - any errors? If so, what's the exact text
of the message? What version of Outlook? Are you using a PST? How large
is it, if so.
