Can't find a picture in MS clipart online using Office 2000 ...

My client is using Office 2003 and has gone through MS Word to the clipart
online feature and has found an image she wants me to use in her flyer.
When i go to clipart online, I can't find the same picture. She's using
Office 2003 and I'm using Office 2000 but we're both at
http://office.microsoft.com/clipart/results.aspx?lc=en-us&Scope=MP&Query=conductor
She sees some choices here, and I don't.

Office 2003 shipped with a tiny amount of clipart, instead it offers images on the
ClipArt site exclusively for Office 2003 users. This is probably the reason you
cannot access the same clipart. I see two images on the link...

Why can't she paste the clip art into a document andmail it to you? Once the
clip art is saved with the document, surely you would be able to use it?
