I am using Outlook 2k3 client with Exchange 2k3 server.
Several, but not all, new contacts that I have added I can't locate by
typing the name in the Quick Find edit box at the top of Outlook. But when
I try to add the contact again, it tells me the contact is already known -
do I want to add new one or update existing?
Any idea what is happening and how to fix it?
