Can't find (dll) Ms097rt.

I recently installed A97 and already had A2k on my PC. However, A97 will not
run, instead I get an error 'Can't find dynamic-link library (DLL) Ms097rt.'
I think this is related to running Access with a Developers licence, but I
am not... this is A97 professional. Any ideas how to fix this?

But did you used to have Developer on the computer? I found two articles
