Can't find enterprise resources in Pro to assign

We've loaded a bunch of resources into the enterprise resource pool.

Then restarted Project Pro as a user with MyProjects permissions and opened
a new project. But this user id can't seem to find any enterprise resource
to assign.

Is there a particular permission that lets the user id do that? I have
"allow" checked off for the obvious.

Before you use enterprise resources in a project, you need to add them to
the project as team members. To do this, click Tools - Build Team from
Enterprise, and then add the team members to your project. Let me know if
this helps.
