Cant find formatting toolbar in Microsoft Outlook. Can you help?

I cannot seem to access or find the Formatting toolbar within Microsoft
Outlook, and therefore cannot edit documents for e-mail. Also, cannot import
editing in Word and transfer it into Outlook. Help would be appreciated.

You'd need to use word as your email editor for this (version of Word must
match version of Outlook).

Not sure what you mean by "import editing....and transfer".
