Hello,
I'm an assistant who has shared contacts with my boss. I set it up with no
problem and everything was working fine for about a week.
But THEN, all of a sudden, the search function went screwy. When I go into
my boss' shared contacts and type in a name of someone who I can even SEE is
in there, it says there are no results. Sometimes if I put even a letter in
it will say 'no results' or give me a select few. My boss has about 10,000
contacts, so the search function is very important (although her search
function is fine, it seems to be affecting only the shared folders).
Does anyone have any idea what's going on?? I recently set up a shared
contacts folder for another one of my associates, and now she's having the
same problem.
I would really appreciate any ideas.
