Can't find Mail Merge

I have yet to find the Mail Merge tab under Tools on the
tool bar. I see labels and envelopes but no mail merge
tab. Can someone help me out.

George,

In Word 2002 the mail merge is under the 'Letters and
Mailings' option on the Tools menu.
