can't find mail

Hi all,

I can send/receive, but I can't find the e-mail messages are when they come
in??? It is set up properly in the account, but when a message comes in, it
goes somewhere for me not to find??? I have outlook 2002 and it is driving me
nuts?? Help-LOL

Did you talk to your ISP and ask for their help? (I always recommend that as
a first step.)

I have, but they couldn't figure it out either. I will look at the VIEW
section as DL asked. Hopefully it will be in there somewhere, probably
something small no doubt--thanks for the help all.

Hi there,

After looking around forever, I called my ISP and wouldn't you know it--the
password and a few other details were changed in the account??? All is
running fine now--106 messages later-LOL

That's one reason why it's always a good idea to check with your ISP first
with any email issues. It could be on their end and no matter what you do,
you'd just be wasting time and possibly messing up a working system.
