Can't find menu item per instructions.....

I was told to click the options button on your toolbar. In the Message
Options window, click either "Request a delivery receipt for this message"
or "Request etc etc. I can't find my way to this menu. I'm using outlook
2003.......Thanks

It might be possible that the "options" button was removed from the toolbar.
If you are *not* using Word as your e-mail editor, try View | Options when
composing a message.
