Can't find Package to CD

S

Stan the Man

I could use your help. I am trying to save my entire presentation to a CD complete with pictures, audio, and video. I am using Powerpoint 2003 (without Office 2003) and Windows 2000. I understand that I have to save to a file first and then to a CD. The problem is that when I click on "File" (with presentation open) I do not see any option for "Package to CD". Can anyone help. Pretty please.

The option wasn't installed when you installed PowerPoint. You will need to
run setup and add it. TO do this, put your PPT 2003 CD in the drive. If it
doesn't auto-start, use the run command from your start menu to start it.
Then, do a custom install and add the feature.

(Note to Steve Rindsberg: I think this just hit critical mass. Can you add
it to the FAQ? Thanks sir!)
