I just reinstalled outlook on my computer after an XP
reinstall. I imported my .pst file to get my settings
and mail back, but suddenly I am unable to find
the "Create Rule" option anywhere in outlook.
I tried right clicking on messages, but it wasn't there.
I tried customizing the toolbar, but there was no "Create
Rule" button anymore. There is now no "Rules & Alerts"
option in any of the drop down menus. It's as if this
funtion no longer exists in Outlook 2003.
One change is that in my previous install, I did not have
SP1 installed, and now I do. Is there a know problem
here? How do I fix this?
