The errors indicate that the Views Notification service is failing to start
under the NT AUTHORITY\LOCAL SERVICE account. You need to troubleshoot why
this identity is not working. The path is simply an alias that the system is
using and shouldn't be taken literally. Is this a new system? Did you ever
have publishing working? Have you made network changes lately?

I'm troubleshooting some publishing problems we're having and the App
logs
report that there's a error loading the View Notification Server and
that
the
path is C:\office\dev........
I don't have a path on my system such as this....could this be why
it's
failing to publish?
