Can't find the spelling files

When setting the language to South African English, and
performing a spell check, comes up with a
message "Powerpoint can't find the spelling files for the
default language...."
-Running service pack 3
-Spell check is woring fine in Word and Excel

Ok.. Got it to work, but for me in French (France), I
guess it will not work for English RSA. Please read below:
