"Can't find this file..." error msg on New Message action

I get the following error message from Outlook, when I create a new mail
message.
"Can't find this file. Make sure the path and file name are correct."

In the background, is the new mail message. Once I click OK on the error
popup, I can work fine, sending the message as needed.
