Can't fine project or library

Getting the above error message on just one of 4 PCs on a small LAN. the
database works just fine an all 3 others. this unit is a laptop that has not
been used in about 6 months but i need it to do a demo.

HELP

So open a code module, open Tools -> References, and then find the
references that are missing. Check them, recompile, have a smoke.
