Can't Force Check-in and Can't delete two projects from PWA

Platform: Project Server 2007 on SQL Server 2005 OS Win2k3.
We can't force check in two projects. They stuck at Queue forever. Other
projects are OK. I tried to delete these two projects but can't since still
statues is check-in. Re-run job in Queue doesn't work either.

Can any one tell me what happen? How can I clean up?
