can't forward photos in OutlookExpress

using XP and Outlook Express.
When emails are forwarded that contain pictures or are formatted in HTML,
the recipient can't see the pictures. How can this be fixed?

Brian - I've not been able to find an outlook express newsgroup. At least
not under "microsoft.public." Any suggestions?

Try microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6.outlookexpress. I had trouble
finding it too.

That's not the correct name. It's
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress

That's not the correct name. It's
microsoft.public.windows.inetexplorer.ie6_outlookexpress
