Can't get a blind carbon copy of email sent to others.

Whenever I email someone and blind carbon copy myself, it never returns. It
was working a few days ago but now I can't tell if the email I sent; got to
the other party. Is there a setting that needs to be reset or what do I do?

probably some errors with the spam filter on your mail server. I'd contact
your isp...

Deleted every filter in gmail account, but bcc function in Outlook still
does not work. Like J-Dogg's experience, my bcc function previously worked
correctly. Any more ideas?
