Can't get a graphics in a border

Trying to add a small jpeg into a shared border. Whatever I do, the graphic
fails to appear in the published web site. It still believes the address of
the graphic is my hard disk and not the web site in question. Whatever I try
and alter in the tag or in the graphics properties, it looks like it's done
it and then it ignores it at publishing. The files exist on the website in
the _borders folder as well as the root htdocs folder. What am I doing wrong
or is it broken frontpage?

Import the graphic into your web before inserting it and then the reference
will point to your site, not your hard drive
