Can't Get Access 2003 DB to run on Vista

I have a new laptop with windows Vista. I can't get my Access 2003 DB to run
on it. I keep getting a message re: a missing registry. I tried to down load
Jet 4.0 service pack 8 but there is no download for Vista.

Any Ideas. Thanks. Rob
