can't get BCM to initialize general tab in a biz contact. HELP!

The general contact form fails to initialize but the details form
initializes. What can I do to get this to work. When I log in under another
user, they can access the form without a problem on the same computer. There
must be a setting I have inadvertently changed. Please help. If you have an

Check if Business Tools is avaliable else go to help > about Microsoft
Outloook disabled items and enable BCM if present
