Can't get calendar templates & "report problem with site"; "error.

I am using this to report an error with the site because that function is not
working at the site, nor can I download a 2005 calendar template. Whey I try,
the comment "error on page" appears at the lower left corner of my screen. I
hope Microsoft will address this. I can see no other way to notify of this
problem "report a problem with this site" is not working!

Please include some specific information; Office version, Windows version,
etc, etc...
You can also do a search "error on page" before you post for quick results
if they apply.
