Can't get envelopes to print

I am using Microsoft Word 2007 and whenever I go to print an envelope it does
not print the actual address it just prints all of these symbols for the
address. In the envelope screen it says the address but when I go to print
it out thats when it prints the symbols......Lables seem to print fine
though. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
