Can't get into the database - toolbar controls

Hi,
I've inherited an Access Database and I want to make some tweaks to it.
However, all the toolbars have been removed so I can't get in to edit
the database.
Does anyone have any idea how I can get round the restriction?

Start up the database whilst holding down shift. Also F11 shows/hides main
database window.
