can't get logo to show up in Outlook 2000 signature

Hi,

Trying to include a logo in my signature, which I imported
from a jpg file in Word. Problem is that the logo doesn't
show up...people on the other end see only this:

<<ole0.bmp>>

Any suggestions re: how to get this to work? Thanks!
