Outlook signatures & logos NOT appearing as attachments

MJSimpson

Isn't there a way to "imbed" logos in an email signature? I'm tired of
people asking why I've sent them an attachment of my logo.

The body of the email is fine, and the logos are there, but when sent they
appear as attachments too.

It shows up in their email as a gif or jpeg depending on which logo i'm using.

Any help is much appreciated!

are the messages HTML? If they are plain text, they will get an image
attached.

Yes they are in HTML. When i first create an email the images are as they
should be and there are no "attachments", but when somebody replies to one of
my email, it comes back to me with my logos as attachments.

that happens a lot. I don't know of any way to prevent it, other than to use
a url and link to an image on the internet instead.
