Can't get my web Browers to work. window explorer

Everytime i try to get on the net my IE pops up and shut down or say the
window explorer has stop working and shut down. What do I need to do to get
my IE up and running?

being said, sounds like you need to scan your computer for viruses, trojans,
malware, etc...
