Cant get rid of a Ghost Image!

While designing a user form with a number of images, I have got a ghost
image that is impossible to select and delete.
Anyone with similar experience (and solution)?

If the image remains on the screen in the same place even if you scroll then
you'll have to come out of the aplication and then go back in for it to
disappear.
