I have OL2003 on Win XP SP2. I downloaded the Personal Folders Backup add-in
and installed it, then changed my mind. So I followed the directions and
removed it through Add/Remove Programs.
But, the next time I went into Outlook (even after rebooting) it's still
prompting me for the location of the backup file. Any reference I can see to
this add-in is gone: The File menu no longer has Backup as an option, and
when I go to the COM Add-ins under Tools, Other, Advanced, it's not listed.
I see things in the registry, but I want to be sure before I start blowing
things away.
