Can't get Sound Recorder comments to play

Hi-

In a word doc, I added a sound comment--the Sound
Recorder program popped up, I recorded a comment, the
recorder showed input and everything--and my markup
balloons show a little speaker icon at that spot.
However, when I I double click on the speaker icon, a
little window pops up, saying that the Sound Recorder
application is not available to play the comment. What up?
