Can't get the correct sMSPWAURL + sMSPROJID.

Hi everyone, I have a question:

My 6 project web parts all show 404 error page when i drag and add them into
my project WSS workspace. I realised that I cannot get the correct sMSPWAURL
+
sMSPROJID for the web parts. After i hardcoded the URL by editing the .dwp
I still need a way to retrieve the correct project id... anyone can help?

My configuration,
SQL 2000
WSS 2003
Shareportal 2003
Project Server 2003, i follow the procedure of installation from a guide frm
msn.
windows 2003
ALL in the same machine.

I have no problem running my shareportal as well as pwa.
I have no problem accessing pwa/ project server via office project.
I have no problem publishing my project.
Upon publishing of my project, the project server will auto create the web
site, workspace as well.
However, upon log into the workspace as the administrator of pwa, and tryin
to add a project timesheet for example, don't work. The project timesheet
shows error 404.
i also try the Pjdll-something.exe which i download from msn. I tried the
walkthrough of how to create a custom web part however, adding of webpart
just shows me error 404 in the webpart itself.

Anyway additional information is the web part url gives me something like
http://servername:8084/sites/project_101/ and so on.

my share point central administration is http://servername:30542
my project server is http://servername:8084/projectserver
