Can't get to open files

I am using Office Enterprise 2007. Everything worked with Vista. Then I
upgraded to Windows 7. Everything works but Access. It opens up and when I
try to go to open it starts flickering and I can't get it stopped. Doesn't do
it if I open new. I have all the updates and have run repair. Any suggestions?
