Cant import files

I originally had the groove account on a second computer but removed it
because it wasn't working. I later found out it was the firewall... but
Groove wont let me import the account anymore it says ,

"Problems Logging into your account. This account has already been
imported."

The account was deleted because I was trying to reinstall it so it's no
longer part of the account but obviously the computer remembers.

John, if this was the only account on this system then I would use the
Grooveclean.exe /all. This is in the office12 directory. Be aware that this
will remove ALL accounts and data for Groove on the system. Groove will now
be as initially installed and you can import your account again.
