can't import quickbooks into accounting 2007

i just installed accounting 2007 and am trying to import a quickbook file...
on the first screen, i browse to the quickbook file and receive
Path/File access
error run time error 75

Granted, I don't know anything about this type of import, but did find
this link at Microsoft that provides STEPS to doing this. So give it a
read and make sure you're doing it correctly.

Hi All,

I also want to import Quckbooks Pro 2005 to MS Office Accounting 2007
Express and get the same "run time eror 75". I already tried the migration
update posted her and nothing.

If anyone knows how to get this done and would post, I would really
appreciate it.
