can't import to Contacts...

Hi there,

For some reason, I can't import into my contacts folder.

Nothing will come in. Everything from Excel to CSV can't be imported.

It stops at the "select destination folder" in where the dialogue box is
blank and the "next" button is dimmed out......

Where do I go from here?

It's Outlook 2003.

Is that the catch I vaguely remember where you have to tick a choice before
you can hit Next?

Follow-ups set. (Never crosspost to both a "misc" or "general" group and a
more specific group on the same level of the same hierarchy. If the article
is appropriate for the specific group, post it only there; if not, post it
only to the misc group.)
