Can't insert chart and any graphical chart

I install Ms Xp on this conmputer. Made a table, insert information in. Then highlight the whole table, go to insert, insert char. Then a error meesage pop up says the application need tobe installed from original rescouces. BUT if I log on as Administrator account, everything went fine. So it is installed right
PLease help
