Can't install Business Contact Manager

I just received my Microsoft Office Pro 2003 upgrade.
Office installed fine, but BCM won't install. I get to
the screen with "Please wait while the Setup Wizard
installs BCM for Outlook 2003. This may take several
minutes." The install process begins and the progress bar
gets about 2/3rds of the way across, then the system
locks up. I've tried 3 times, shutting down the computer
in between, with the same result each time. I have
installed all current critical updates to Windows and
Office 2003 shows no updates needed.

I'm running Windows XP Home on a Dell XPS Pentium
machine. Have had no problem loading any other
software. Any ideas?

Have you shut down your anti-virus? Norton is notoriously hard on Office
installations.
