Can't install downloaded version of Office Home and Student

I purchased a downloadable version of Office yesterday and can't get it to
install. I was referred by Microsoft to go to HP for help. HP said
uninstall Trial version, which I did. Then I saw one suggestion on Microsoft
which said to go to a tab which is supposedly on the ____trial version! I
can't! Then I see Microsoft charges $39 for customer support. HELP!

Installation issues receive free support, irrespective of the normal charge
for support services.

After you uninstalled the Trial, as suggested, what exactly happened when you
tried the installation again? I'm not familiar with this "tab" in the Trial
version, but they probably were referring to the area to convert Trial to
Full by entering a new Product key.
