Can't install Office 2000 Service Release 1a and 2a

I can't install Office 2000 Service Release 1a and 2a because the
installation can't find a file on my installation cd. I get Error 1305
"error reading from file Pfiles\msoffice\1033\om19.aw" I suspect my
installation CD is at fault. To compound the problem. Everytime I boot my
PC, Windows Installer try to install the SR multiple times...each time asking
for the above file which I can not supply. I either need to find a source
for the missing file or stop Windows Installer from trying to install the SR.
Please Help/
